If you believe I have mishandled your personal data, failed to protect your privacy, or ignored a data rights request, you have the right to lodge a formal complaint directly with me.

To submit a complaint, please contact me using the form below. In the “Subject” field, please enter "Formal Data Complaint", and in the “Message” field, please provide details of your concern.

To speed up the process please ensure you provide your name, contact details, and a description of the data issue you are reporting. Please be as specific as possible.

Process and Timelines:

  • I will formally acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 30 days.

  • I will investigate your concern thoroughly and without undue delay.

  • I will write to you to confirm the outcome of my investigation.

If you remain unsatisfied with my final response, or if I fail to acknowledge your complaint within 30 days, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) via their website at www.ico.org.uk.
